In realt\u00e0 molte furono le mete e le aree amate dalla romanit\u00e0 dell\u2019epoca e non solo pompeiana. Si pensi ad esempio agli insediamenti costieri lungo l\u2019odierna penisola sorrentina nel suo lato orientale e occidentale. Si pensi ancora alle dimore lussuosissime che si edificarono lungo l\u2019odierna collina di Posillipo.
