Piccole cappelle, a volte chiese importate architettonicamente nel modello dei classici monumenti di citt\u00e0. A volte semplici edifici di culto. Appartennero a famiglie nobili e anche modesti nuclei contadini. Il segno della cristianit\u00e0 e soprattutto della devozione veniva espresso sia nel monumento che nella devozione al Santo. Un interessantissima analisi di Onofrio Melvetti, ci conduce tra le balze di lava e nell&#8217;agreste ambiente della pineta vesuviana, alla scoperta di un patrimonio culturale raro e spesso in grave
