L\u2019umile quotidianit\u00e0 della specialit\u00e0 gastronomica oggetto di questo lavoro rende la frisella, (1) gi\u00e0 nell\u2019immaginario collettivo, una protagonista improbabile di un testo poetico, dal momento che la poesia, volendo schematizzare al massimo, si occupa di temi pi\u00f9 elevati imperniati, per successiva schematizzazione, sul binomio essenziale amore e morte.
